Annual Asbestos Notification

Dear Staff, Guardians, and Students,

In compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), this letter serves as our annual notification regarding the presence and management of asbestos-containing materials in our school district.

A copy of the Asbestos Management Plan is available in each school and at the main administrative office during regular school hours.

Inquiries regarding the management of asbestos-containing materials in our schools should be directed to our district’s AHERA Designated Person:
